Introduction
This report concerns award of bid for miscellaneous auto parts at
discounts from list prices for the period from June 1, 1982 through
Hay 31, 1983
Background
In response to published Notice Inviting Bids to furnish and
deliver miscellaneous auto parts in accordance with City specifications,
bids were published on April 16th and were received and publicly
opened and read on April 27, 1982 Proposal forms were mailed to
eighteen local bidders and notices were advertised in accordance
with City Charter and Municipal Code provisioll&. Three bidders
showed heavy interest in this proposal, however only one proposal
