Selection of Caterer
TO:
FROM-
A site visit was made to the kitchen facilities of Sorenson's
Catering. The Senior Nutrition Advisory Council's Caterer
Evaluation Committee recommends that Sorenson's Catering be selected as
the caterer for fiscal year 1982-1983 based on the fact the they were
the lowest bidder and the site visit found Sorenson's to be worthy of
a good evaluation.
(Sorenson's Catering bid on last years contract, however,
the feeling was that his experience was too limited to
suit our needs as a project. In the past year Sorenson's
has developed a good reputation among other catered
nutrition programs.)
