Introduction
This report concerns award of b~d for Bus Brake Drums at the unit
prices quoted for the period from June 1, 1982 through Hay
31, 1983. Funds for this purchase are available in account
number 41-955-100-000-000 (Transportation,Inventory)
Background
In response to published Notice Inviting Bids (published 4-25-82)
to furnish and deliver bus brake drums in accordance with
City specif~cations, bids were received and publlcly opened and
read on May 11, 1982. Proposal forms were mailed to six vindors
and notices were advertised in accordance with City Charter
and Municipal Code provis~ons ~vo proposals were received as
