In accordance WI th CIty spec Iflcatio!1s, bIds were receIved and
publ icly opened and read on Apr 11 3, 1986. Proposal forms were
maIled to *five vendors and notIces were advertIsed In accordance
with CIty Charter and Murnclpal Code prOVISIons. Four proposals
were receIved as follows:

tory. As the materlals are drawn out of inventory they wIll be
expensed agai!1st avaIlable approprIatIon authority i'1 the Water
DI v iSIon of the Gener al Serv IC es Department, account 'lumber 25-
500-671-000-401.
Recomme'1dation
It IS recommended that the award of BId# 2055 be made to
Jerry Hubbard Company In the total amount of $22,320.27, includ-
ing tax, as the lowest and best bidder.
