Introduct~on
Th~s report concerns award of b~d for two Cab and Chass~s wlth
two yard dump bodles 1n the total amount of $35,417.42, lncludlng
appllcable sales tax.
Background
In response to publlshed Notlces Invitlng Blds (publlshed Septem-
ber 12 and 13, 1985) to furnlsh and dellver two Cab and ChaSS1S
wlth two yard dump bodles in accordance w1th Clty speclficatlons,
blds were recelved and publ1cly opened and read on October la,
1985. Proposal forms were mal1ed to eleven vendors and notlces
were advertlsed 1h accordance wlth City Charter and Mun1c1pal
Code provlslons. Two proposals were recelved as follows:
