Background
In response to publIshed Not1ce Invlting Bids (published 5-23-84) to
furnlsh and delIver auto, truck and bus batterles in accordance wlth
Clty speclficat1ons, blds were rece1ved and publicly opened and read on
June 7, 1984. Proposal forms were ma1led to 9 vendors and notices were
advertIsed
