Introduction
This report concerns award of bid for Transit Mixed Concrete in the
estimated amount of $ 25,000.00 including applicable sales tax.

In response to published ~otice Inviting Bids to furnish and deliver
Transit !\"ixed concrete in accordance with City Specifications, bids
were recfived and publicly opened and read December 2), 1980.
Proposal forms were mailed to Nineteen Vendors and notices were
advertised in accordance with City Charter and Municipal Code
provisiions. One proposal was received.
Pecommendation
It is recommended that the award be made Livingston-Graham in the
approxi~ate amount of $ 25,000.00 including tax as the lowest
and best bidder.
