SUBJECT: Reconwendation to Award Bid for Seascape Brochures
Bid No. 1630.
Introduction
This report concerns award of bid for Seascape Brochures
(3 editions) in the total amount of $7,934.23 including
applicable sales tax. Funds for this purchase have been budgeted
in account number 01-000-202-000-649 (Public Information).
Background
In response to published Not~ce Inviting Bids to furnish and
deliver 3 editions at 48,000 each of Seascape brochures in
accordance with City specifications, bids were received and
publicly opened and read on September 15, 1981. Proposal forms were
ma~led to one hundred and thirty-one printers and notices
were advertised ~n accordance with City Charter and Municipal
Code provisions. One proposal was received as follows'
