Century Maintenance Co. is the low bidder on general janitorial
services. High Tech Maintenance is the low bidder on window
washing and garage cl eaning services. General j ani tor ial work
required includes sweeping/mopping floors, vacuuming, emptying
wastebaskets, etc. on a daily basis. Windows are cleaned
quarterly. Garage cleaning is done on a daily basis.
Based on the amount of general janitorial services performed
compared to window washing and garage cleaning services, it is
not economically feasible to split the bid.
staff has evaluated the bids and finds that Century Maintenance
Co. best meets City specifications.
