lntroduced for flrst readlng an ordlnance lncreasing the
dollar amounts for informal and formal blddlng and exempting
llbrary circu1atlon rnaterlals from competitive bldding
requlrements.
The ordlnance 15 now presented to the Cl. ty
Counc1l for adoptlon.
