ThlS report requests City Councll approve a change order in the amount of
$20,000 to prov1de budgetary authorizatIon to complete the contract with
Livingston-Graham.

The current Purchase Order for ready-mIX concrete 1$ $25,000. The amount
of the purchase order has been reached, and it IS necessary to authorIze
addItional expendItures for the inter1m period unt1l a new contract is awarded.
Recommendation
It 15 recommended CIty Council author1ze the PurchaSIng Agent to issue a
change order 1n the amount of $20,000 to the Livingston-Graham Company to
provide sufficient budgetary author1zation to provide fundIng for purchases
requlred by the City untIl a new contract is developed.
