Tax Allocation Bonds
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa
Monica, California (the “Agency”) intends to receive sealed bids and electronic bids until
9:00 a.m., PDT, on Wednesday,
December 1, 1999,
through the use of an electronic bidding service offered by Dalcomp/Parity or by hand delivery
of sealed bids at the offices of the Department of Finance of the City of Santa Monica at 1717
4th Street, Suite 250, California 90401, Attention: Charles M. Dennis, for the purchase of all of
the above-captioned bonds (the “Bonds”), dated November 1, 1999 and maturing on such dates
as described in the related Official Notice Inviting Bids (the “Notice”). No bids will be accepted
by facsimile. Bids for less than all of the Bonds will not be accepted. The Agency reserves the
right to postpone the date and/or time established for the receipt of bids as more fully described
under the paragraph “Bid Extension or Postponement” in the Notice.
NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the Bonds will be offered for public sale
subject to the terms and conditions of the Notice and copies of said Notice and the Preliminary
Official Statement relating to the Bonds will be furnished upon request to Public Resources
Advisory Group, the Agency’s Financial Advisor, 3550 Wilshire Boulevard, Suite 1630, Los
