Introductlon
ThlS report recommends Counell reapproprlate $4,905 from Recreation unit Tax account
53-800-511-438-920 for furnlshlngs and landscaplng of the Senlor Recreatlon Center
addltlon.
Background
The orlglnal construct~on contract for the Senlor Center addlt~on d~d not conta~n
proV1slons for furn1sh1ngS due to concern for lnflated costs. Now that constructlon lS
complete, $9,726 remalns In unexpended contlngencles. The Flnance Department has adVlsed
that 1n order for these funds to be used for cha1rs~ tables and landscaplng, Councll must
reapproprlate them. The 1tems to be purchased lnclude:
100 cha1rs
10 tables & 12 card tables
