SUBJECT: 1980-81 Proposed Budget PubllC Hearlng Dates
Background
Each year the Clty publlshes a legal notlee setting a date for a Public
Hear1ng on the proposed Fiscal Budget. The C1ty Counc1l also sets dates
for study seSSlons, on the proposed budget, that are opened to the public.
Recommendat1on
Staff recommends that the budget study sessions be held on May 20, 21 and
22, 1980 at 7:30 P.M. and on May 23, 1980 from 2:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. The
Pub11c Hearing for approval of the proposed budget be set for Tuesday,
June 10, 1980 at 7:30 P.M.
