In the wake of the E111S b111. I propose that we adopt an ordinance
provld1ng relocation benefits to tenants when removals take place elther
under Ellis or rent control removal permlt procedures.
I am thinklng 1n terms of twice the Los Angeles benef1t. WhlCh 1S $1,000
for ordinary tenants and 52,500 for elderly or dlsabled tenants.
