THE CITY C08"XCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA HONICA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLQ:\'"S: SECTIOx 1. That the City of Santa :!onica will operate the automobile parking lot on the Santa Monica State Pler. SECTIO~ 2. The followlng rules and regulations are hereby established for the operatlon of said autonobile parking lot: A. The rates to be charged shall be fixed by the Clty 'tanager from time to tIme, but in no event shall exceed THREE DOLLARS per day. B. The lot shall be open and closed at such tlmes as the City ~1anager shall from time t.o t.ime determine. C. ~o parklng shall be permitted on said lot between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. Cars remaining on the lot after 3:00 a.m. shall be subject to be towed away and impounded at the owner's expense. D. Stop signs shall be erected at the entrance and eXlt of said automobile park parking lot and there shall be posted III a consplcuoUS ~lace at the entrance of said automobIle park parking lot a sign lvhlCh sign shall speclfy a reasonable speed ll~it, tOtiether with the ?rlCeS to be charged and the hours of operation. -1- . e E.
