The public l I hearing was opened at 8:27 P.M. by order of Mayor Swink. Dorothy McGrego~ spoke in opposition to the 700-foot height limltation for hellcopters. rThere being no one else present wish~ng to speak on the subject, the IIPUbllC hearing was closed at 8:31 P.M. by order of Mayor Swink.
