On Aprll 9, 1996, the Clty Counc~l adopted Resalutlon No. 9012 (CeS)
setting a public hearlng for ~ay 14, 1996, -::'0 conflrm the assessnent
costs for repairing damaged sidewalks, drlveways, curbs and re~ovlng
damaged pavement In parkway areas wlt~ln the Clty of Sa~ta MCTIlca.

program WhlCh provided for property owner partlclpation in the
payment of cost of repa~rlng darraged sldewalks
