Approval of Plann~ng Cornmiss~on Travel Request
Introduct~on
This report recommends that the C~ty Council approve travel expenses
for Planning Comm~ss~on Cha~rperson Susan Cloke to attend the
Amerlcan Instltute of Certlfled Planner's Conference in Seattle.
Background
The AICP annual conference is be~ng held ln Seattle, Washington on
April 16-21, 1983 and Chairwoman Susan Cloke requests approval of
travel expenses to attend. Estlmated expenses are $1,070 and funds
for Cornm~ssion travel sufficient to cover this trip have been
budgeted ln the 1982-83 budget.
Recommendat~on
It ~s respectfully recommended that the request by the Planning
COffiffilss1on Chalrperson be approved.
