At lts February 23, 1982 meeting, the Santa Monica Pier Restoratlon and
Development Task Force passed a motion urging the Clty Council to renew
work on the Santa Monlca local Coastal Plan.
In order to obtaln much needed Illocal Coastal Plan Implementatlon Funds"
for Pier Restoration and Development ProJects, the Santa Monlca l.C.P. must
be approved by the Santa Monica City Council and the California State Coastal
CommlsSlon as soon as possible.
