The Recreat~on and Parks Commiss~on met ~n regular session on January 21, 1982.
At that weeting, the task force report on the Arts Commiss~on was presented. Following
a review and d~Scusslon of that report a motion was made to forward the fo11owlug
recommendat~on to the Council.
Co~m~SSloner Durst moved to advlse the Councll that the Recreation and Parks Commission
had consldered the task force report on the arts and that the Commisslon has concerns
on the flnanc~ng and managerial aspects of the new COIDmlssion, the ~ot~on was seconded
by Chairperson L~buser.
