Introduction
At its meeting on September 13, 2005, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending Municipal Code Section 3.12.675 relating to transit lanes. The
ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
Recommendation
It is respectfully recommended that the accompanying ordinance be adopted.
