RE:
During last night's budget study session, council Member
Greenberg requested statistics relating to prosecutions undertaken
by the City Attorney's Office. Currently available statistical
information follows. We are improving our system for maintaining
prosecution statistics, and we will provide additional information
as soon as possible.
The statistics which follow are for the eleven month period
from 7/1/93 through 5/31/94 unless otherwise specified.
