4x4 plckup truck wlth serVlce body lTI accordance wlth Clty
speciflcatlons, bLas were recelved and publlC1y opened and read
on Kovember 14, 1985. Proposal for~s were malled to seven ven-
dors and notlces were advertlsed In accordance wlth Clty Charter
