Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adapt the attaehed ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting an January 23, 2447, the City Gouncil introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending the contract between the California Public Employees' Retirement
System and the Gity to provide Government Cade Sectian 21354.5 (2.7% {~a 55 Full
Formula) benefits for local miscellaneous members. The ordinance is now presented to
the City Cauncil for adoptior~.
