Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached ordinance.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on December 5, 2006, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance regufating non-recyclable plastic disposable food service containers. The
ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
