Resolution Amending the Executive Pay Plan
Recommended Action
This report requests that Council adopt the attached Resolution amending the Executive
Pay Plan.
Executive Summary
The Executive Pay Plan is being amended to provide the annual cost of living increase
that is being granted to the other City bargaining units and to implement an equity
adjustment to the base salary established for the Director of Planning and Community
Development position in order to bring the salary for that position into alignment with the
applicable labor market.
BudqetlFinanciallmpact
The cost of the amendment to the Executive Pay Plan is $90,921. Provision was made
in the FY2006-2007 budget to accommodate this amendment and no appropriation is
necessary.
