Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the attached four ordinances.
Executive Summary
At its meeting on June 27, 2006, the City Council introduced for first reading four
ordinances to extend the plan limits of the Earthquake Recovery, Downtown, Ocean
Park 1A and Ocean Park 1 B Redevelopment Project Areas. The ordinances are now
presented to the City Council for adoption.
