agreement provides for a cost of living increase of 4.0% for FY2005-2006 and makes some
minor economic and non-economic changes.

BUDGET/FINANCIAL IMPACT
The total cost of the new contract terms for FY2005-2006 is $2,038,763. Provision was
made in the FY2005-2006 budget to accommodate the results of negotiations with
bargaining units and no appropriation is necessary.
