SUBJECT: Ordinance Amending Chapter 9.44 of the Santa Monica Municipal Code
Relating to Sexually-Oriented Businesses
Introduction
At its meeting on October 11, 2005, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending Chapter 9.44 of the Municipal Code relating to sexually-oriented
businesses. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
Recommendation
It is respectfully recommended that the accompanying ordinance be adopted.
