SUBJECT: Ordinance Amending Chapter 8.24 of the Municipal Code to Adopt the
2004 Edition of the California Electrical Code and Local Amendments to
the California Electrical Code
Introduction
At its meeting on May 10, 2005, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending the Municipal Code to adopt the 2005 edition of the California
Electrical Code and Local Amendments to the California Electrical Code. The
ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
Recommendation
It is respectfully recommended that the accompanying ordinance be adopted.
