Introduction
At its meeting on September 14, 2004, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance authorizing an amendment to the contract between the City and the Board of
Administration of the California Public Employees? Retirement System. The ordinance
is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
Recommendation
It is respectfully recommended that the accompanying ordinance be adopted.
