and Adding Section 6.48.150 to the Municipal Code Relating to Taxicab
Owners and Drivers
Introduction
At its meeting on June 8, 2004, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending various sections of the Municipal Code relating to taxicab owners
and drivers. The ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
Recommendation
It is respectfully recommended that the accompanying Ordinance be adopted.
