SUBJECT: Proposed Ordinance Modifying Santa Monica Municipal Code Sections
5.06.010 and 5.06.020 Related to Distribution of Food to the Public on City
Property
Introduction
At its meeting on February 10, 2004, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance amending Santa Monica Municipal Code Sections 5.06.010 and 5.06.020
relating to the distribution of food on City property. The ordinance is now presented to
the City Council for adoption.
Recommendation
It is respectfully recommended that the accompanying ordinance be adopted.
