Subject: Adoption of Ordinance Eliminating the Time Limit for Incurring Debt for the
Downtown Redevelopment Project Area
Introduction
At its meeting on December 16, 2003, the City Council introduced for first reading an
ordinance eliminating the time limit for incurring debt for the Downtown Redevelopment
Project Area. The Ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
Recommendations
It is respectfully recommended that the accompanying ordinance be adopted.
