SUBJECT: Ordinance Amending Santa Monica Municipal Code Section 3.12.830
Relating to Parking Across Driveways On Certain Commercial Properties
Introduction
At its meeting on May 13, 2003, the City Council introduced for first reading an ordinance
amending the Municipal Code to allow parking across driveways on certain commercial
properties. The Ordinance is now presented to the City Council for adoption.
Recommendation
Staff recommends that the Council adopt the attached Ordinance.
