Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute a Modification to Agreement 7849 (CCS) with Harris and Associates Engineering Consultants in an amount not to exceed $78,950; and 2. Authorize the City Engineer to issue any necessary change orders to complete additional work within budget authority and in accordance with the Administrative Instructions on Change Orders.
