Inc for the processmg of parkmg cItations and adjudication services. The City of Santa MOnica's contract expired on June 30, 1998 A new Request for Proposal (RFP) was sent to seventeen vendors on behalf of the Westslde Cities, which realize mdlvldual cost savmgs by contractmg as a group Four vendors submitted proposals and two were subsequently Interviewed Of the four vendors submItting proposals, Lockheed Martm IMS and Turbo Data Systems, Inc were selected for further evaluation based on their ability to meet the requirements of the RFP ~G- JUt 2 8 1998 Evaluation of Vendors The twelve member evaluatIon team consIsted of representatives from each city The evaluation process consIsted of a thorough review of proposals, face-to-face Interviews and on-sIte inspections of vendor facIlIties and work systems At the end of the evaluation process each member of the evaluation team Independently rated both vendors on SIX evaluatIon cntena cost effectIveness, response to scope of servIces requIred, reference checks, panelmtervlew, sIte VISit and ability to Implement the contract The selectIon of Turbo Data Systems.
