The Ci~y Council appraves the submi~ta7. of a proposa~ to the Coun~y of Los Angeles for O~der Americans Ac~ ~unds ta be used for the City's hot lunch program for seniors and ~ts hame de3ivered meals for homebound ser~ors program. SECTI~N 2 The City Cauncil authorizes the Cz~y Ma~ager to sign tne contract far Older American Ac~ funds and al~. documents necewsary ~o accornpany said contract, including any contract amer~dments during the 1998/99 F3sca1 Year. SECTION 3. The C~ty Clerk shall certify ta the adoption of this Resalution, and thenceforth and ther~after the same sha11 be in full to~ce and effect.
