SUBJECT: Recommendation to Adopt Resolution to Rescind Previous-
ly Adopted Resolution No. 8582 Approving Final Tract
Map No. 22632, 2305 3rd street and Approve Final Map
No. 22632, 2405 3rd street
INTRODUCTION
This report transmits for city Council approval a resolution to
rescind approval of Resolution NUmber 8582 and approve Final
Tract Map 22632 for the following condominium project.

22632 2405 3rd Street Rosario Perry 4 units
The action is needed to correct a typographical error contained
in the resolution and staff report, wherein the address read 2305
rather than 2405 3rd Street.
BACKGROUND
On May II, 1993 the Council adopted a Resolution approving the
Final Tract Map 22632. The report and resolution contained a
typographical error in the address of the property.
The City Planning Commission approved the Tentative Map for the
above project on April 3, 1991. The action of the Planning Com-
mission was based on its findings that the proposed subdivision

will have no significant environmental impact and is in confor-
mance with all state and local laws and regulations and ap-
plicable General Plan Elements.
The Final Map conforms to the Tentative Map. The License Divi-
sion reports that the developer has agreed to pay the condominium
tax. The project has been approved by the Los Angeles County
Engineer's office and certified by the City Engineer for confor-
mance with the Tentative Map and conditions thereon, the Subdivi-
sion Map Act and local ordinances. The City Attorney's office
has approved the covenants, conditions and restrictions for the
Final Map as complying with the conditions of the Tentative Map
and applicable laws.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT
The recommendation presented in this report does not have a bud-
get or fiscal impact.
RECOMMENDATION
It is respectfully recommended that the Council adopt the accom-
panying resolution for approval of Final Map 22632, thereby res-
cinding approval of Resolution Number 8582 and correcting the
typographical error in the address.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA
ACCEPTING AND APPROVING
A FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP FOR TRACT NO. 22632
FOR A PROJECT AT 2405 3rd STREET
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Resolution Number 8582 ( CCS) , adopted May 11,
1993, accepting and approving a final subdivision map for a proj-
ect at 2305 3rd Street is hereby rescinded.
SECTION 2. Tha t the Final Map for Tract No. 22632 in the
City of Santa Monica hereby is accepted and approvedJ for a proj-
ect at 2405 3rd Street.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
directed to endorse upon the face of said Map this order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adop-
tion of this Resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the same
shall be in full force and effect.
