INTRODUCTION
ThlS report transmits for City Councll approval a Flnal Tract Map
for the following condomlnium proJect. The Tentatlve Map was
approved by the Planning Commisslon on October 17, 1990.

BACKGROUND
After publlC hearlng and careful review of the record and staff
recommendatlons, the Clty Planning Commission approved the Tentatlve
Map for the above proJect on October 17, 1990. The actlon of the
Plannlng Commlssion was based on its findings that the proposed
subdivislon wlll have no slgniflcant environmental lmpact and is In
conformance wl.th all State and local laws and regulat1.ons and
appllcable General plan Elements
The Final Map conforms to the Tentatlve Map. The License Div1.slon
reports that the developer has agreed to pay the condominium tax.
The project has been approved by the Los Angeles County Engineer's

offlce and certlfled by the Clty Englneer for conformance with the
Tentatlve Map and conditlons thereon, the Subdlvislon Map Act and
local ordinances The Clty Attorney's offlce has approved the
covenants, condltlons and restrictions for the Final Map as
complYlng with the co~dltions of the Tentative Map and appllcable
laws_
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT
The recommendation presented In this report does not have a budget
or flscal impact.
RECOMMENDATION
It lS respectfully recommended that the Final Map be approved by
adoptlon of the accompanying resolution.

A FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP FOR TRACT NO. 46656
FOR A PROJECT AT 951 OCEAN AVENUE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Final Map for Tract No.46656 ln the
City of Santa Monlca hereby lS accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the Clty Clerk hereby 18 authorized and
dlrected to endorse upon the face of said Map thlS order authen-
ticated by the Seal of the City of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3 That the City Clerk shall certify to the adop-
tion of th1s Resolut1on, and thenceforth and thereafter the same
shall be ln full force and effect.
