INTRODUCTION
ThlS report transmlts for Clty Council approval a Final Map for the
following Tenant-Participating ConverSlon project:

BACKGROUND
The City Planning Commisslon approved the Tentative Map and the Ten-
ant-Partl.cl.pating Conversion for the above project on September 29,
1993, after a publlc hearing and a careful review of the record and
staff recommendations. The actlon of the Planning Commisslon was
based on the Comm~SSlon's flndlngs that the proposed Tenant-
Participating Conversion meets the requirements of Article XX of the
City Charter and that the proposed subd~vlsion is conSlstent w~th
applicable general and speclfic plans as adopted by the City of
Santa Monlca along with all mandatory requlrements of the
subdivlslon Map Act of the State of Callfornia.
The owners have submitted to the Clty a Written Consent Agreement
blnding the owners and any successors in interest to each cond1t1on

The recornmendatlon presented in thlS report does not have an lmrnedi-
ate budget or flscal lrnpact. If and as units ln the project are
sold In the future, Tenant-Particlpating Conversion Taxes wlll be
collected pursuant to the provls1ons of Artlcle XX of the City
Charter and some lncreased property tax revenues may be generated.
RECOMMENDATION
It is respectfully recommended that the Flnal Map for this Tenant-
Particlpating Conversion be approved by adoptlon of the accompanYlng
resolution.

ACCEPTING AND APPROVING
A FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP FOR TRACT NO.51732
AT 1530 18TH STREET
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA MONICA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Flnal Map for Tract No.51732 In the Clty
of Santa Monlca hereby is accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk hereby is authorized and
dlrec~ed to endorse upon the face of sald Map thls order
authenticated by the Seal of the Clty of Santa Monica.
SECTION 3. That the Clty Clerk shall certlfy to the adoptlon
of this Resolutlon, and thenceforth and thereafter the same shall
be In full force and effect.
