wlrlng and establlshing a synchronlzed system along Colorado

Follow1ng the publ1shed advertlsements, bldd1ng packages fo~ the
installatlon of these slgnals were requested by flve (5 )
contractors. F1ve (5 ) blds were recelved, and read by the Deputy
Clty Clerk on May 29, 1996. The b~ds received were as follows:
