BACKGROUND
On July 25, 1995, City Councll adopced an ordlnance establlshlng a
Stormwater Enterprise to be funded by a Stcrmwacer ManageTect ~}ser
Fee to provlde reven.ues for stormwater ~anagement activit:..es At
that tlme, it was lndlcated 'chat State .Law reqLures the Clty
Counc:.l to annually adopt a new Parcel Reoort so that tne
appllcable fees can be charged through the County property tax

97 tax rolls.
