ThlS report transmlts for City Council certiflcatlon the Statement
of Offlclal Action for the approval of CUP 94-009 to allow the
construction of a 22,901 square foot automoblle dealershlp wlth 1
1/2 levels of subterranean parking at 3223 Santa Monlca Boulevard.
On March 21, 1995, the Counell approved the project based on the
findings and condltlons contalned ln the attached Statement of
Official Action.

The mterior CIrculatIOn system bet\veen levels shall be mtemal to the buIlding and
shall not requrre use of public ways or of externally VISIble or uncovered ramps,
dnveways or parkIng areas. No arrangement shall be pemutted which requrres
