Various Frozen Food Items, Bid #2538
Introduction
ThlS report concerns award of bid to furnish and dellver various
frozen food ltems for the Office of Administrative Servlces, Pollce
Department, at specifled unlt prices, plus applicable sales tax,
with two one-year renewal options.
Background
In response to published Notices Inviting Blds (published May 23
and 24, 1995) to furnish and deliver various frozen food items in
accordance wlth Clty speclfications,
bids were recelved and
publicly opened and read on June 5, 1995. Proposal forms were
mailed to six vendors and notices were advertlsed in accordance
wlth Clty Charter and Municipal Code provisions.
