emergency redevelopment area. After not~f~cat~on, the County
Aud~tor has 60 days to respond wlth a reoort on the assessed
valuat~ons ~n the proposed proJect area, WhlCh lS due to the C~ty
by June 6, 1994.
After recelpt of the report from the County Audl tor, staff w~ll
complete the draft redevelopment plan and dlstrlbute coples to the
Councll, all ~mpacted tax~ng agenc1es, and 1nterested part1es.
