staff is in receipt of the applicant's request for a continuance
from the May 1, 1991 meeting to the May 8, 1991 Planning Commis-
sion meeting and has no objections to the continuance. As a note
of clarification, both the architect and the attorney were
notified of the May 1, 1991 Planning Commission meeting in person
at the Planning Department on April 16, 1991 and April 17, 1991
respectively. Additionally, the applicant and "contacttl of
record, Henry Yarrnark, was sent a written notice on April 18,
1991. Staff has not received any letters of opposition to the
project and has no objection to the continuance.
