INTRODUCTION
This IS a Supplemental Staff Report to Agenda Item CC/RA-1
BACKGROUND
As part of the PICO Streetscape constructIon proJect, the City has retained the services
of DMR TEAM, Inc as construction manager The construction manager will also
oversee construction of the crosswalk Improvements While preparing the
recommendatIons for the crosswalk Improvements, staff madvertently left out the
construction manager under Recommendations for the Redevelopment Agency, Item
#3 ThiS Supplemental Staff Report Includes the new wording for the Recommendation
Section wIth the necessary reference to the construction manager

There is no budget Impact to thIS correction

RECOMMENDATION
Revise Redevelopment Agency recommendation #3 with the followmg action
1 Authorize the Executive Director to negotiate and execute change orders with the
construction manager DMR TEAM, Inc and contractor Valley Crest for construction
management and construction of the PICO Boulevard Crosswalk Enhancements In the
amount not to exceed $1,088,000, Including contmgency
