the Fleet Management DIvIsion, Environmental and Public Works Management
Department, In the amount of $42,639 84. including applicable sales tax

In response to published Notices Inviting Bids (published November 24 and 25, 1998) In
accordance WIth CIty specIfIcatIons, bIds were receIved and pubJrcly opened and read on
December 15, 1998 Proposal forms were mailed to eight vendors and notices were
advertised In accordance With City Charter and Municipal Code provISions Four
proposals were received as follows
